About Primary Issues
The economy, unemployment, taxes, Social Security, preservation of Medicare and Medicaid and how to manage the federal government’s $14 trillion debt will be leading issues in the 2012 White House and Congressional races.
This RLTV original series, Primary Issues, explores the 2012 election as a referendum on how well those people we sent to the White House and Congress have managed the governments business. And while there are fundamental disagreements between Republicans and Democrats as to whether the federal government should be a support system for the country or play an extremely limited role in business, social and day-to-day life; no one doubts that 50+ Americans are at the epicenter of the many of the most contentious issues, and in turn it is those 50+ who will provide the margin of victory to candidates across the country, and the political spectrum.
