James Peebles, Vice President of Engineering, is a technology innovator in cable television. He pioneered an industry first at Oxygen Cable, developing a networked 'editing to uplink' solution with Apple's Final Cut Pro. As Vice President of Broadcasting and Operations at Al Gore's Current TV, he built and managed a state of the art broadcast center and studios in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Peebles' responsibility at RLTV includes management, integration and construction of their broadcast infrastructure. He is developing strategic technologies for content creation and distribution for RLTV.
